SAFETY RULES AND GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Methods
Payment will be made to Reggae Rock Charters via cash, an approved payment card, or any other payment method determined by Reggae Rock Charters.
Licensing
Reggae Rock Charters confirms that it holds all necessary licenses to perform the services offered, that such licenses are valid and effective on the date of any charter or service, and that all operations comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
Authority to Sign
Each party (the client and Reggae Rock Charters) has the authority to enter into this contract and perform its obligations.
Modifications
Any changes to this contract must be agreed upon in writing by both the client and Reggae Rock Charters.
Cancellation

If the Captain cancels due to weather, the client will receive a full refund or can choose another booking date.

If the client cancels at least 7 days before the trip, a full refund will be provided.

If the client cancels 2 to 6 days before the trip, a 50% refund will be provided.

If the client cancels 1 to 2 days before the trip, the booking is non-refundable.
Safety Rules
-
Life jackets, life rafts, and first aid kit are located under the front bow seats.

Fire extinguishers are located in the middle cabin and alongside the Captain.

Remain seated while the boat is in motion or during docking and anchoring maneuvers.

Do not board or exit the boat until the Captain and crew have given clearance.

Swimming, snorkeling, and alcohol consumption are at your own risk.

Night swimming after sunset is not advised and is at your own risk.

If you cannot swim, inform the Captain and crew so a life jacket or floatation device can be provided.

Stay clear of the boat engines at all times.

No smoking on board; this is strictly prohibited.

Unruly behavior is not allowed and will not be tolerated.

Each individual is responsible for their own actions during the trip.

The Captain and crew may cancel or discontinue the trip at any time if passenger behavior is negligent or irresponsible.

The Captain may cancel or reschedule due to weather conditions.

Children are under the responsibility of their parent(s) or guardian(s). Life jackets can be provided upon request.

Reggae Rock Charters is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items. Passengers bring items aboard at their own risk.

Please respect the environment—do not dispose of waste in the water.

All activities organized by Reggae Rock Charters take place at the passenger’s own risk.

If you have complaints, please address them with the Captain on the spot. Otherwise, send them in writing within 48 hours.
